  • What time are check in and check out?

    Guests can check in at 4 PM and are kindly requested to check out by 10 AM.

  • What are the check-in procedures from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM?

    Our front desk is staffed daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Upon arrival during these hours, proceed to the front desk for check-in where you will be provided with your room keys and parking tag. You will need to present your photo ID and the credit card used for booking to authorize any incidental charges throughout your stay. Additionally, this is when our staff will address any remaining balances on your account. Please contact us at 941-254-6609 if you know you will be arriving outside these hours.

  • What are the lobby hours?

    The lobby is open daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Please contact us at 941-254-6609 if you need assistance outside these hours.

  • What are the after-hour arrival procedures?

    If you anticipate arriving after 10:30 PM, please contact us at 941-254-6609. Our reservation agents will provide you with instructions for late arrival. You will be given a code to access an after-hours lockbox located to the left of your room's entry door. Inside your room, you will find your parking tag; please place it in your vehicle promptly. The following morning, after 7:30 AM, kindly visit the front desk to return the after-hours key, receive your room key, and provide your ID and credit card details.

  • What is your pet policy?

    As a policy we welcome dogs only. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per room, with a weight limit of 50 lbs. for one dog or a combined weight not exceeding 50 lbs. for two dogs. There is a pet fee of $50 per day for Beachfront rooms and $75 per day for Beachside rooms per dog. Please note that dogs and other pets are not permitted on the beach.

  • What is your parking policy?

    Each room is eligible for one complimentary parking pass, while 2-bedroom suites can receive up to two parking passes at no extra charge. Any additional parking passes are dependent on availability and may be acquired for a fee. Please inquire about extra parking passes when making your reservation.

  • Are beach chairs included?

    Yes, they are complimentary for all guests. We offer beach chairs, loungers, and umbrellas conveniently placed all around the resort, particularly at the pool/bar area and along the beach. These chairs and umbrellas are arranged and taken down daily for your comfort. Additionally, those around the pool/bar area are accessible at all times for your convenience.

  • Is bike rental complimentary?

    Yes, our on-site bikes are provided free of charge for all guests. You can easily borrow bikes from the front desk after signing a waiver. We also have bike racks placed around the resort for your convenience. Our high-quality bicycles feature airless tires, baskets, and chainless designs to ensure the best experience and safety for our guests.

  • Do you have spa services?

    Yes, we offer spa services for guests and local residents. Our on-site spa is comprised of two treatment rooms and features a variety of facials and massages. The spa is located near the pool and lounge area. Guests can book appointments by reaching out to the front desk or directly visiting the spa whenever it suits them.

  • Are there any restaurants near by?

    Yes, our location is about half a mile from local restaurants. Guests can enjoy our Bali Hai Lounge with a full bar and cafe by the pool, offering drinks, snacks, and coffees. Open from 8 AM to 8 PM from June to November, and from 9 AM to 7 PM from December to May.

  • Do you provide baby items?

    Unfortunately, we do not. However feel free to inquire about our recommended partners who can fulfill all your baby item requirements and arrange for direct delivery to the resort.
